Moore says it never happened. The proof is on the accuser, right?
But let’s just say the woman is telling 100% truth. What does Alabama law say: “13A-6-67 : (a) A person commits the crime of sexual abuse in the second degree if: ...
(2) He, being 19 years old or older, subjects another person to sexual intercourse...
So we ask, is mutual kissing and petting that is stopped on request ‘sexual intercourse’ ?
Are there any other material facts?
The 14yo represented herself as 16, the age of consent, on at least three occasions. According to her own account she didn’t disclose her real age until their 2nd and final ‘date’ so we can discern that she wasn’t truthful on the first encounter. In Alabama, pedophilia doesn’t kick in unless the minor is under 12. She had six years before the statute of limitations ran out. It’s been 40. If Moore didn’t see her again after she disclosed her real age, to what degree can we call him guilty?
