Judge Moore should grab the opportunity to address a potentially huge audience, if he can get the program length time, election eve, by announcing that he will fully respond, and then follow the suggested outline, in #36; thus turning the smear into a huge audience builder.

This can be turned into opportunity; allowing the intended disaster to be turned back onto those deliberately trying to cause a general rush to judgment.
