There are a few snippets in Trailer 2 which were not in Trailer 1.
This is going to be an incredible film.
Putting that one on the calendar.
Movies of this quality are too few and far between. I’m definitely going to watch this one.
A change from usual Hollyweird fare of sequels, prequels, remakes and comic books
Here is an article on the makeup. An amazing transformation. I would have never even known it was Gary Oldman.
I wish I could Get my YOUTUBE to play....the sound fades out...aaaggghhhh
Wow!!! Looks very good.
One of the best actors of his generation may be a cliche, but in the case of Gary Oldman it fits. His George Smiley in Tinker, Tailor was the best ever. And with that version’s total cast I think I’ve watched it about a dozen times, so far.
I saw the preview last weekend when we went to see “Only the Brave.” The Winston movie looked like a stinker in the preview, but most movies do. The people who put those previews together must stitch together bits and pieces, then somebody says “To attract people, our preview needs LOUD noises, LOUD ‘music,’ lots of flashing white/black/white cuts to attract the audience, and screaming voice-overs. That’ll draw them in.” That approach makes even the best movie look like a stinker.
BTW, “Only the Brave” was great. I thought they did an amazing job creating a good, believable plot line and interesting characters. The fire scenes are just unbelievable. Highly recommended.
Another excellent movie:
I will see that in the theatre...I will try not to bugger it up...that trailer was a mental pump.
Note the movie was made during Trump, not Obama, who sent back the Churhill bust.
If you have the OAN channel, watch the program, Killing Europe at 4PM CST today.
Europe’s darkest hour is only starting right now.
Looking forward to November 22 when Last Flag Flying and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri hit the art house theater here.
Gary Oldman, best character actor EVER!
