All of which candidates, incidentally, were very wealthy by American standards. For these the invocation of the immorality of inequity in material possessions is less a moral position than it is a very useful bit of political posturing: excite envy and yes, sometimes Paul will be delighted to see you rob Peter and pay him but more often Paul is perfectly satisfied just to see Peter robbed.
