Are you aware of this?

Here's my take:

1) If this is true, is he doing it now as opposed to 30 years ago?

2) Was he sexually involved with anyone?

3) Were they below the legal age of consent?

4) If so, being with the DA's office, and it was "common knowledge," why wasn't he prosecuted?

5) Is there any way to verify the "common knowledge?"

6) Is it true Ms. Jones is a politically active Democrat?

This is a great point. Someone commented elsewhere that the age of consent in Alabama at the time was 14.
