The question was facetious, as the author opened with a ridiculous premise.

Globalism is not Conservative. We fought the good fight in the Cold War, but the Russians were responsible for permitting Lenin to rise, not “Western Civilization.” The US or “WC” cannot prevent every despot, crackpot or simply totalitarian leader in other countries. They are free to govern as they see fit and our foreign policy will seek to influence, but not control, other cultures in their respective spheres.

I figured it was but I answered it anyway. Since I had to sign up to read the entire thing I chose not to because I already get way to much junk mail as it is.

If it defined globalism as conservatism, then yes that is definitely not the case or even close to the case. It is not even capitalism, though many try to sell it as such. What it is, is a clever ploy promoted as capitalism, but is really more closely aligned to fascism. Where there is an appearance of private business but that business is to benefit a government that operates in a dictatorial manner. Much like the newest fascist type of regime referred to as the European Union. While the dictator does not consist of just one person, but instead a small group of people, who retain total control over all decisions.

When the people overthrew the Czar of Russia, it was an unknown what would eventually take control there, but what it replaced was not something worth expending our treasures to save anyway. The world back them was certainly not as connected as it is today. In fact it was not even as connected as when Hitler came into power. Even then it was not completely understood what was taking hold there either but it quickly began to expose the fact that it was probably not something that should be tolerated. Still, few were anxious to get involved in it. It wasn't until the realization set in that the more it was ignored the more that evil power strengthened, and it had to be dealt with head on immediately before it grew so strong that defeating it would be that much harder.

However, I agree with him if he is saying, again I don't know because I didn't read it, that it is past time to recognize exactly what Islam's intentions are, and if we are to stop it it must be addressed now.
