If that much was known about it, with all of Moore's controversies over the years, one would think someone would use the first opportunity to get this story out to stop him when he was weakened after being removed from the Supreme Court in 2003, such as when he ran twice for Governor in 2006 and 2010 or for the Supreme court again in 2012.
Nobody did. Why not?
