BREAKING: Two Republicans Found Who Have Balls, a Rare Sighting

However, conservative leaders in the House Freedom Caucus, Congressmen Mark Meadows and Jim Jordan are refusing to join the surrender chorus. While they aren’t exactly fighting the accusations, at least they aren’t completely caving:

“You can’t unring a bell,” said Meadows, the chairman of the House Freedom Caucus, when asked if he is still endorsing Moore. “At this point, it’s up to Alabama to figure out — Washington D.C.’s not going to decide that. The people of Alabama will.”

“Look, I’m like everyone else,” Jordan said when asked about his endorsement. “If this turns out to be true then he should step down, but you’ve got to let the investigation play out. Ultimately, the decision is going to be in the hands of the people in Alabama.”

Add Senator Tim Scott (R-SC) to that chorus, as he has said basically the same thing. It is up to Alabama and its citizens to decide.

The Democrats and the GOP(but I repeat myself) really, really don’t want Moore to win.
Every non-establishment candidate who makes it to DC lessens their hold on power.
They’re going to do this to every single person who tries.
If they can’t find anything they’ll just make it up.
They will spend whatever it requires.
This is for all the marbles.

Not better said anywhere. IF it is left up to Washington just imagine what we would wind up with or NOT.

This is right out of their playbook. They are attacking him on his own virtue. A charge like what is going on with Moore means nothing when leveled against a pervert like Bill Clinton, Sen Menendez, Joe Biden, Ted Kennedy another a host of others. It only works against Moore because he has virtue. This smear sounds a lot like Fusion GPS or another like organization.

Moore should follow the money, win or lose. I would prosecute every last person that lied, their lawyers and the facilitating companies. I would RICO them until they are broke. Once Gloria Alred entered the picture, you new it was all a scam.

Agree. This is all about the judges. The GOPe does not want Trump’s conservative SCOTUS appointees.

Why have elections, if the DC Slease and Swamp Critters have placed their bets and rigged the outcome of the game?

I missed that chapter in my civics class.

Funny. I’d be happy to tell you what you should do in your house but don’t do that to me. I’m glad the cowards(if true?) are coming out. That includes Cruz. Time to kick him upstairs to SCOTUS.

This is the usual October Surprise, which doesn’t always come in October, but often does. With GW Bush, it was the fake document. With Trump, it was the fake dossier, but more than that, the dozen women who came forward to accuse him. For those few who dug deeper, their stories all fell apart upon examination, but a lesser candidate and a lesser man would have been destroyed by it.

I was inclined to give at least some credence in the face of so many claims, and it surprised me to see not some of them but all of their stories essentially fall apart.

In this case, you have three women who really have nothing scandalous to say about him, and another (the 14 year old) whose story was starting to be questioned. The final attacker, who seems to be the most serious, we haven’t had a chance to “vet” yet.

I’ll admit, the judge needs his vindication to come quickly, very quickly, or he will be completely finished. But assuming he is more or less innocent, he and his supporters will have to show some courage and hang tough. Trump bulled through it because despite what everyone thought, he was innocent and because he has the courage of his calling. Moore needs to do the same.

If he is not innocent, then the governor needs to simply cancel the election. This is a special election that the governor opted to call; it seems like he should be able to “uncall” it. Strange would serve until the regular election in 2018. Done.

The US is in a cold Civil War. This is a major battle front right now. Michael Medved, and now Hugh Hewitt have thrown Moore under the bus. And their reasons are inexcusable. I’m done with both. They are the enemy in this war.

Moore must fight. We are sick and tired of the GOPe tucking its tail between its legs every time something like this is suggested in the eleventh hour. I’m tired of these traitors. And that is what they are. Done. McConnel and better be careful. Us Kentuckians admire what Moore has done. We’re tired of the court of national public opinion mattering to him.

That really is the 800 lb gorilla in the room. To me, any republican attacking him is just exposing their RINO/GOPe credentials.

Yeah, I was disappointed in the article after reading the title. So now actually saying that someone is innocent before being proven guilty now takes courage? There is no hope left

“Trump bulled through it because despite what everyone thought, he was innocent and because he has the courage of his calling. Moore needs to do the same.”

And Trump brilliantly brought out some of Bill Clinton’s victims. They were even at one of the debates.

Trump is brilliant at showing the hypocrisy of the left.

Unfortunately Moore probably doesn’t have the same ammunition to use.

Bush 31 accused of assaulting 16 yr old in 2003
http://www.cnn.com/2017/11/13/politics/george-hw-bush-groping-allegation/index.html

Being ignored by LSM, as as Mendez (D) over a non incident 40+yrs ago that would/should have been brought froward, when Moore was running against Toxic Mitch’s pet poodle. GOPe establishment can’t stand to have a Constitutional, Conservative, Real Christian in the US Senate, it would upset their RINO balance.

Mark Meadows is from my district. Also from my district is Superior Court Judge Larry Leake who was arrested for making multiple obscene, threatening phone calls to a young girl (10-12 yrs.old, I seem to remember) 40 years ago. He pleaded no contest and that was the end of it. No punishment for him and the girl and her family moved out of state to remain safe. Leake temporarily married, produced a child and presumably rehabilitated his reputation. His friend, the governor (dem) named him chairman of the state board of elections. We had corrupt elections for years until we were finally able to elect a republican governor who got rid of him. That lasted only one term and the new dem governor gave him a judgeship.I contacted Meadows at the time but never heard back from him.
