I just now got back from a Real Estate Investor party where I met a tag along Head Chef hubby of a realtor. I told him how I really have come to respect his profession due to the numerous Ramsey shows. He was a nice guy but stopped me cold; “That’s just for TV entertainment! That’s not my reality! I have to suffer the most entitled, no talent, junior staff imaginable. You can’t yell at them. You can’t admonish them. If you want to keep them, you must treat them like sensitive children.” The Chef didn’t exactly strike me as a conservative or Trump guy. He was a foofy dressed creative with a grudge. I’m writing a synopsis here, but it was a lengthy and eye opening rant. I was stunned.
Might be a great opportunity to offer them a $10000 condo all expenses paid in North Korea. It is a utopia, after all, by their definition. They will get to experience it first hand. What in the world should they be concerned about? Just do it. Have fun... and tell us how it turns out.
