Stockholm police announced a plan to place hundreds of microphones in the Järva area of Stockholm in order to automatically alert authorities to crimes in progress as they can identify screams and other sounds.
The project is the first of its kind in Sweden and will see hundreds of microphones placed in Järva, a heavily migrant-populated suburb of Stockholm considered to be a no-go zone by many.
The microphones will be able to automatically differentiate various sounds and when they hear particular sounds, like a woman screaming gunshots or explosions, the microphones should automatically alert police in the area through text or email Sveriges Radio reports.

When seconds count, the cops are just a microphone away. And they’re sitting in an office, with headphones, trying to decipher, “was that a good scream or a bad scream or an I need help, because I’m in trouble scream?” Yeah, I feel safer already.
Unpossible, the Swedish prime minister just finished raking DJT over the coals for saying there were no-go zones.
Get a Boom box. Place near microphone crank it up. Rape and pillage as usual.
What Sweden *really* needs is more inclusivity in its police and justice systems.

Then, after the Police have responded 50 times - erroneously, as it will turn out, because it was only Achmed screaming in a shrill voice what a beautiful day it was - the "Boy Who Cried Wolf" effect will click in.

There is no going back for them. They are not heading toward the cliff. They are hurtling through the air. Unfortunately, Britain is on their heels.
Any criminal with a brain will have women he knows scream constantly,or record screams and play them,————the sound of a scream will become useless.
