Moore has one play to make or he is not going to win. His attorney needs to file an action and try to convince a judge to issue an immediate order to surrender the yearbook for forensic analysis. It must be examined or irreparable harm will be done to the voters of Alabama. Those favoring him will be disenfranchised. I can’t believe his attorney has not already tried to do that. She is not going to give it up voluntarily.
If Allred fights that action, it will certainly add to the speculation that the yearbook signature is a fraud. If she complies and it turns out to be a fraud, it changes the dynamic and all the other so-called witnesses will lose a certain amount of credibility.
At this point, it is all about public perception. Right now, people are tending to believe multiple witnesses. He doesn’t have much time to change that perception. There may be no attempted rape and he may have violated no laws, but the perception is that he is creepy by chasing after girls. The key is the yearbook.

We always got our yearbooks before graduation so that everyone could sign them before the big day.
Another thing that’s interesting is the gal said that she worked at The Old Hickory at 305 East Meighan. However, an ad dated Jan 2, ‘78 shows the Old Hickory at 207 (not east) Meighan. They moved to 305 East Meighan after Jan ‘78.
Look at the address on the ad. The AL.com reporter totally missed it.
