California Gov. Jerry Brown's recent trip to the capital of the European Union had all the trappings of a visit by a head of state - he even got an upgraded title.
"Mr. President, welcome in Brussels," Brown, a Democrat, was told this month as he exited his Mercedes van in front of the European Parliament in the spot usually reserved for national leaders. Then he was whisked off to a day of hearings, testimony and high-level meetings in the heart of European power.

In meetings with Trump to present their credentials, European ambassadors said the president was laser focused on two subjects. He wanted to know how much their countries were spending on defense and the size of their trade deficit with the United States, two ambassadors said.
Yes! And that is why we elected the man. By the way Germans we kicked your sorry kruat eating fannies last century and we will do it again. Watching Saving Private Ryan tonight to refresh my memory.

Europe is used to crapping on us for over 60 years.
Trump is calling them on it.
If they are embracing Jerry as a head of state, they are much worse off than we think.

Moonbeam is a retromingent fool, unable to make foreign policy or agreements with any leader or country on behalf of California or the US. This buffoon has outlived his usefulness and should be laughed at ad nauseum. What an absolute jackass, a retromingent one at that.

They used to bash America while they are exporting their products to and their defense was subsidized by America. Europeans say they want to be independent. That is why they created EU. Now they have to act on their aspiration instead of whining and finding solace from the likes of Brown, who has no chance of becoming POTUS.

Jerry goes to Europe and has his ego stroked by EU enviro weenies.
EU weenies frustrated US diplomatic posts unfilled and the policy is unclear. Sounds fine to me.
The US needs to be cultivating ties with Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and the U.K.
If the rest want to fall in line, that’s great.

Jerry Brown or Jerry Lewis. What difference does it make?

Jerry Brown or Jerry Lewis. What difference does it make? Jerry Lewis is dead. That's the difference.

There is more...”California Gov. Jerry Brown told a recent Vatican climate conference that brainwashing is needed to get people to accept the idea of man-made climate change. At the highest circles, people still don’t get it, Brown said. It’s not just a light rinse that’s required. We need a total, I might say, brainwashing ... Brown told the Vatican gathering that the path to change should include mass mobilization of the religious and theological sphere but also the prophetic sphere. The power here is prophecy, he said. The power here is faith, and that’s what this organization is supposed to be about. So let’s be about it and combine with the technical and the scientific and the political.”

US liberals and the EU are one world advocates whereby the UN is the central government and all nations are subservient states. That is why it is important for them to reduce America’s power and prestige. Obama took us a long way down that path. Trump is bringing us back with MAGA.

Question: didn’t I read long ago that Brown was once a Catholic seminarian?

Nobody is worse than a religious man gone rogue. Stalin was a seminarian at one time before becoming a commie, as far as I know.

The power here is faith, and thats what this organization is supposed to be about. So lets be about it and combine with the technical and the scientific and the political. They are doing that in the Middle East under Islam. And life there sucks but for the very few powerful.
So that is Jerry's dream state?

Translation, foreign interest can not roll President Trump with trade deals that give them an unfair advantage, so now they are switching tactics to negotiate deals in their favor directly with corrupt democrat states/politicians.

Coup' material right there....secessionist governments of California, New York and Washington have announced that they will unilaterally and illegally enter into a foreign treaty rejected by the President of the United States.
The Constitution is very clear about this. No STATE shall enter into ANY treaty. .... leftist elites are letting the arrogance of their wealth lead them into TREASON!
