The only limitations I can think of are how quickly I can pull the trigger, rack the slide, reload, etc.
My limitation is more effective. I am limited in buying all the guns I would like to have, limited by my bank account.

Actually, there was one. The 2nd was meant to protect the militia from gun confiscation. The liberals fail to note that the militia was defined as almost all able bodied men capable of military service. The only ones not covered were members of the federal government.
