Eliminating deductions until a flat tax is in place is nothing but continued theft by the feds

The people cheering on the tax bill are some of the most shortsighted, geographical bigots I have ever encountered.

Once the individual deductions are taken away - they will never, ever come back. Tax rates, of course, can always be raised.

The SALT deduction has been Federal Law since 1913. Do people think that if the Feds are able to destroy this deduction a few days from now, that they will get the Federal government to restore it? The same goes with other deductions that are about to be eliminated.

We are watching the GOP commit political suicide. And the strange and disturbing thing is that many people who are supposed "conservatives" are cheering on the death, and acting like this is some sort of amusing Michael Vick dog fight.

They are only exposing their true lack of character and wisdom.

can tell you all right now, we'll be forced to move from our home of 25 years with its shop and smoke shop and walk in cooler and garden because our property taxes will never ever go down and now we get double taxed on it...
