If there’s no solution, there’s no problem. It’s a defect in western thinking that everything bothersome must have a solution. Some things must simply be lived with and worked with, and hopefully a little improved or at least not made worse.
I agree with that. Having seen better and worse presidents, we’ve seen it play out that way.
I certainly wouldn’t back a plan just to get one.
It has to be worthwhile or forget it.
