We watched Chevy Chase’s Christmas Vacation....great old movie..very funny.....Try it next Sunday....
Between playing cards, board games, and just hanging out, we watched a couple episodes of Band of Brothers, and John Wayne’s The Cowboys.
Neither did this Ret. Military household.

According to the Google Maps screenshot on their site, the PA is next to an “elegant” jewelry store, a fancy wine shop and other boutique stores. A rather “tony” area. If they’re really down for the struggle they should relocate to the “less desirable” “economically distressed” part of town.
Thanksgiving without watching an NFL game, really didn’t miss a thing. Though it is a little sad. I, like my Dad have been Jets and Giants fans through thick and thin for as long as I can remember. When Dad passed away, we actually took some solace in knowing you could see Met Life Stadium from his gravesite. This season, I don’t know what they’re doing and I don’t GAFF. And what’s really crazy, while police brutality is a horror whenever it happens whether it’s racially motivated or not, you are 100k times more likely to get in a car wreck or road rage incident getting to and from the stadiums on game day than you are getting abused, let alone shot by the police. When Goodell and all the overpaid kneelers get the sh!tcanning they deserve and there’s some fundamental attitudinal changes in the NFL and Player’s Assn then MAYBE then I’ll reconsider following the NFL once again.
