True
Yes, and it didn’t matter when it was the Bush girls
I disagree. Malia is not an active member of the political Obama clan. She is not holding herself out as a politician or symbol. I do not think she needs to be such an object of coverage.
I simply do not hold that she should suffer being under the microscope because of who her father is, unless she is proffering herself for such scrutiny. To my eyes, she is a bit of a “wild child”, but she is not trying to make any sort of political statement with it - so she deserves a modicum of privacy.
I disagreed with the Bush girls being under such intense scrutiny, until they started becoming politically active (as one has become in the last year or two). I disagree with the microscope aimed at Barron Trump.
Even Chelsea, until she became part of the Clinton Foundation and started acting politically, was off limits in my book.
I know that not everyone agrees with me, but that is my viewpoint anyway.
Have a great day, FRiend.
In the first place, you are equating reporting her very public behavior with trashing her. Second, its the media who are reporting on her actions, hardly those disagreeable with her parents politics. And third, she is 19 years old - for all intents and purposes an adult.
If you are a true conservative and think youre going to get a gold star for your outrage at the reaction to her behavior youre some kind of naive.
Yes the media is reporting on the activities of a college student partaking in activities that the vast majority also partake in. It is members of this forum who have decided to pull the high and mighty and decided to trash the PRIVATE daughters of a former president and yes that is detestable
Lol, detestable. Ol Mal doesn’t need your silly histrionics.
Obsessing over an irrelevant teenager because you're still butt-hurt over the MSM attacks on the Bush twins in college a decade ago is just petty and unproductive. Find a new obsession. Let the Obamas fade into irrelevancy.
