This is bad news - Tanya Chutkan is from Kingston Jamaica: She is a liberal judge who will likely let AWAN off on a technicality.

What do you mean the “Trial continues”. They are no where near a trial. so far they had done nothing but a few procedural motions. There has been no action of any type since 10/6/17. The entire matter will be ignored and then dismissed for some frivolous technicality.
