Totally got me. Hannity never once, to my knowledge, and I watched and listened to him a lot during that time, referred to Bill Ayers as a Communist, despite the fact that he openly admitted it, even bragged about it, then and to this day. He would only describe them as “domestic terrorists”, which seems bad enough, but it misses the ‘big picture’ of who they were and what they and their ilk were about.
Well, we had one guy in national television media who did an excellent job doing this very thing: Glenn Beck. Too bad he acted so crazy at times, as it seriously undermined his great work. No one went into to the sort of detail he did, before or since, at least no one in a prominent media position. Limbaugh, Hannity, and everyone else I can think of, rarely, if ever, go into any serious detail.
I agree with you regarding Beck on all accounts.
