Earlier this year the USSC ruled on redistricting that the Democrats thought for some reason was a victory. It was a big defeat. Gutierrez’ district is the perfect example of the type of gerrymandering ruled illegal. The talk of a “Democrat” wave never seems to take this into account. Ha ha ha ha.
