New study: Massive Aluminum levels in Autism brains, is this the smoking gun for vaccines?

“A new paper (Crepeaux et al.) by the Gherardi research group in France reports important results on the toxicity and transport of aluminum (Al) adjuvant in mice. This single study is especially valuable because it looked at many outcomes: behavioral effects, immune (microglial) activation in the brain, and Al transport into the brain. The study tested dosages of 200 , 400 and 800 mcg/Kg, injected intramuscularly (IM). The Al adjuvant used was AlOH (brand name Alhydrogel), the most common vaccine adjuvant in use today. It is used in the tetanus, Hep A, Hep B, HiB, pneumococcal, meningococcal, and anthrax vaccines. Remarkably, the study found that the lowest dosage (200 mcg/Kg) was the most toxic! For many outcomes, the 400 and 800 mcg/Kg dosages had no observable adverse effects, but the 200 mcg/Kg dosage did. The low toxicity of the higher dosages appears to be a consequence of dosage-dependent inflammation at the injection site. The high dosages caused intense inflammation at the injection site, forming “granulomas”. The 200 mcg/Kg dosage did not produce granulomas. Granulomas are hard nodules in tissue produced in response to injury, infection or foreign substances. Its a way the body “walls off” injured tissue and prevents the spread of infection or toxins. The granuloma appears to provide protection from Al adjuvant toxicity; apparently the granuloma prevented Al adjuvant particles from leaving the injection site. This explains why the 200 mcg/Kg dosage affected the brain and behavior, while the higher dosages did not. This suggests that it is more dangerous and harmful to administer numerous small injections of Al adjuvant, compared to a large single injection capable of inducing a granuloma.” The study authors also disputed the way the FDA and CDC currently think about aluminum adjuvant toxicity, basically saying that the current approach is wrong:

If you're in the ballpark of my age, you may remember how aluminum cookware was at one time being blamed for Alzheimer's; it was about the same time as lead in our fillings (and breast implants) was being blamed for a host of ailments. Thanks Coffee_drinker.

Mine as well.
And I own no aluminum cookware.

Well, I’ve been hearing since I was a little kid (that’d be about 60 years) with a grandma with Alzheimers, that aluminum caused Alzheimers and other mental deficiencies. Back then, it was said to be caused by all the aluminum in pans used for cooking.

And Shazaam, aluminum makes a comeback as a villain! Considering how much kids are exposed to aluminum in cookware, soda cans, etc, I think it might be a good idea to look at all sources of the metal if we are going to look at aluminum in vaccines.

“FR discussions should be about one thing. FREEDOM!”

Yes, they should and generally are, but there are a few topics here, like vaccines and Dresden, and to a certain extent circumcision and breast-feeding (my moonbat sister used to go to what I call “breast-outs”), that bring out the heated, divisive, and condescending posts in a hurry.

For the record, I’m vaccinated and kids are, too, but I’m very distrusting of ANY new “news”.

When you tell that to a vaccine survivor, you get a FU.

The formation of granulomas, if indeed they were actually observed (doubtful), makes the entire experiment invalid. That the alum was in small particles at the high rates is a further disqualification. Further, there is no evidence the authors studied the presence of other possible causes for the response at the low dose. It appears this work was rushed out for publication without a complete and true rate study being done. The conclusions outlined by the author of the article are far too sweeping for the quality of the work.

The only valid conclusion would be, “The results are suggestive and merit further study to develop a rate-response curve without the confounding effects observed at high doses.”

Wow, thanks, can’t stand coffee, have had one black in the last year when I needed to stay awake for a meeting. Knew years ago when I’d find old, old creamer that that stuff was bad news for the body.

FR discussions should be about one thing. FREEDOM!

If you feel that vaccines are beneficial and worth the risk, then by all means, go and get them. But using the Big Stick of Government to force other people to put undesired substances into their bodies is as tyrannical as it gets.

They should be about FREEDOM, but unfortunately, there are many FReepers who are for "big government republicanism" and think that it is somehow the same as "freedom".

“There is nothing wrong with your vaccinations - just take them and shut up.”

“... These vaccines are so good that we’ll hold you down to administer them.”

“Ideas so good they are mandatory”

“I’ve vaccinated. And I’m not allowing your unvaccinated self around me because I’ll get sick.”

Your post is so DAYUM good, it bears repeating! Wish I could put a real emoji heart here for you. <3

“The article at medium is an interview with the guy who actually did the research.”

Not according to your excerpt.

“A new paper (Crepeaux et al.) by the Gherardi research group in France reports...”

The Science Direct is not authored by Crepeaux and is from England, not France.

Must be a mistake. Aluminum cannot cross the blood brain barrier unless you add a strong surfactant agent. The fact that aluminum is even put in vaccines is sheer Coincidence to this study, same with nonionic polyethylosyolated surfactants that are also added to reduce granulation reactions.

My what big teeth you have Doctor! All the better to increase body and brain adsorbtion of Aluminum my dear...

Drug Hypersensitivity, An Issue of Immunology and Allergy Clinics, page 675 describes the usage of surfactants to reduce granulation in injection sites, and goes on to describe that once the body undergoes a granulation reaction the person’s hypersensitivity to aluminum in deodorant products.

Yes, altzhimers and autism is on a stunning rise, and no, it is no surprise.

Neither of which denies that the medium article interviews a scientist doing research on aluminum in the body.
