My dad was a WWII veteran and even though he grew up in Missouri, never encountered blacks til the service. He wasn’t prejudiced against anyone on the basis of race, but I can’t remember him ever referring to them as anything but “colored”. He’d make a comment about a “colored guy” and I’d kid him by asking “What color was he?”. For his generation it was not a racial term, just a descriptive one.
No Juan just the antiAmericans of color. Do you lnow anyone like that Juan?

What I would say to Juan would be a reversal of his comment. That is, “Juan you only attack President Trump because he is white and not black”.
I give him credit that although he very much wants to be a full-fledged Leftist, at least ol’ Juan is conflicted by some of the things people on the Left think, say and act.

I missed it? I simply can not watch this show any longer because of Juan Williams and Dana Perino. The rest are “ok” but not good enough to entice me to watch.
Juan’s specialty is befuddlement. He’s darn near perfected the befuddled expression, and the befuddled statement like, “I can’t believe what I’m hearing at this table.” Then he says something stupid like that statement about Trump.
Note to Juan Williams: It is not that Trump seeks out “persons of color” to attack because they are “persons of color”. He just not see their status as “persons of color” as giving them any kind of immunity for actions Trump finds objectionable. He’s doing exactly what MLK said we should get to - judging persons by their character regardless of their “color”.
I have been listening to the radio station out of Window Rock, AZ. It broadcasts throughout the Navajo nation. If there is some reaction to the Pocahontas business I haven’t heard it.
