Does this thing all unravel so fast that the Municipalities and the Teams in those Stadiums take it in the shorts like we have never seen and default on the Muni-Bonds? You have some cities that might not be financially healthy to begin with, can they really afford this, No.

Perhaps this is good, Culture of Savages Borders, Language, and Culture is possibly being changed back.
