I have all the compassion in the world, and I apologize if that wasn't clear. I was simply trying to empathize with "left that other site".
I can't even begin to imagine how it must feel in the aftermath of a spouse's suicide...
We just found out that an old Neighbor of ours committed Suicide five years ago.
His Wife and 13 Year Old Daughter were left to pickup the pieces.
He apparently had been wrestling with deep Depression. They had bought a new house in an upscale Neighborhood and were doing well, at least that’s what it looked like from the outside.
He was a nice fellow who always organized the Neighborhood activities, especially around the Holidays. Still hard to imagine he would take that final step, but Mental Illness knows no bounds.
Those not suffering from it can only speculate.
