Article makes it sound like it was the Saudi government.

So....then the Bushes helped usher the Saudi’s out of the country, when no one else could fly.

And then we attacked Afghanistan and Iraq?

bin Laden was a Saudi. The origins of al-Qaida are Saudi. Did the Saudi government play a role? I don’t know.

Saudi Arabia is a bunch of extremist nutjobs. We shouldn’t allow any of them to roam freely in our nation.

Article makes it sound like it was the Saudi government.

As has been bemoaned by many countries who have dealt the KSA, there really isn't a government...just an extended family and a lot of money.

At least, not until now. I think the young Prince is going to create a country.

As far as I can tell, the Saudis own a lot a of media and a lot of politicians - including the entire Bush family.
Trashcanistan made sense - it was where bin Laden lived.
Iraq is stranger. I think it was done as an example to the Saudis of what was going to happen to them if they didn’t restrain their behavior.
