That’s not an excuse for failure at all. As a real estate guy, Trump knows better than anyone else just how important sound land titles are to any long-term initiative. He also knows how to identify "lookyloos."
The Arab world, in general, has no claim on Jerusalem beyond what we have allowed them to arrogate, and the palis have nothing to bargain with beyond their intransigence.
Does that sound like someone Trump would waste his time across the table from?

just how important sound land titles are to any long-term initiative. Land titles are only as secure as the government over that land. Land title means nothing if you can't enforce it.
