Obama and the Marxist-Progressives internalized his friends Marxist “community organizing”, disguised in “grant programs”, into the budgeted funding for federal agencies; and not limited to just HUD and HEW, but the State Department, DHS, DOJ, EPA, Energy Dept, Interior and Commerce.
Trump should issue an executive order to all federal agencies requiring all grant program expenditures to pass review by the cabinet officials appointed over the federal agencies, with a separate order to the cabinet officials telling them to disallow any grants to any organizations involved in political proselytizing or lobbying, at any level of government.
