Compared to the British, if we were imperialists we weren’t very good ones. We don’t have a `commonwealth’ or possessions (except for Canada) and love grows wherever Uncle Sugar goes. A lot of us want to cut Puerto Rico loose and ship most of Hawaii’s Democrats to Samoa.
Taking this commie’s cue though, I have a sueno: I’m not opposed to re-taking Mexico down to Mexico City, along with the Baja peninsula and Cuba. Shoot any cartel members on sight, then bring everyone back and march on Washington DC.
Here in PA, we are the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I think Virginia is a Commonwealth too...
