>>Special counsel Robert Mueller has issued a subpoena to Germany’s largest bank, in a possible sign the investigation into Russian election interference may be expanding toward the finances of President Donald Trump or other individuals under scrutiny by the special counsel.<<

Reported ABC News prior to this release.

Question to Freepers.....

What happens if the bank challenges the subpoena and wants a hearing as to why they want the records?

I’m thinking that since it’s a foreign owned company, they don’t have to respond if they don’t want to. It would seem that if Mueller tries to force their hand, he’ll have to acknowledge something, publicly, this exposing what he’s up to.

I see Hillary’s vindictive hand in this.

4/24/2013, Deutsche Bank AG: $225,000 for a Hillary speech

AND

$250,000 – $500,000 donated to Clinton Foundation

SOURCE: freebeacon.com

EXCERPT Hillary delivered more than 90 speeches after stepping down as secretary of state in early 2013. The lucrative gigs were each worth between $100,000 and $400,000, netting Clinton nearly $22 million.

Many of the companies that booked Clinton for speeches also donated generously to the Clinton Foundation. The foundation, which discloses its donors but only specifies how much they donated within wide bands, received between $8 million and $26 million in donations from speech hosts, the Free Beacon has found.

The Associated Press reported in April that more than one-third of the companies that paid Clinton to speak had contracts with the U.S. government.

If any foreign entity is screwing with our electoral process, it’s the bloody EU. And it’s against Trump.

The “Russians did it” meme was quickly concocted when Hellry. Obamatollah, et al feared Trump would uncover their corruption, bribery, shakedowns and treason.

Somebody needs to research Hillary and Bill’s outrageous speaking fees to find the nexus to our tax dollars.

Let me suggest that *some* of what is being labeled as "fake news" today, until recently, used to be called a "trial balloon."

In other words, "authorities" would plant a story to gauge public reaction, and if that reaction was favorable they would actually do what was rumored to have already been done.

If the reaction was violently opposed, they would back off and call the rumor unfounded.

We know that Mueller WANTS to subpoena Trump's bank records. Perhaps this was a trial balloon to see what the public relations obstacles would be if/when he pulls the trigger and actually does it?

Yep.

Sadly, we know it but the general public doesn’t know what Hellry and Molesta/Podesta did to cover-up their treason, bribery and corruption.
