Why is this a surprise to anyone? This was a couple of days after Trump’s inauguration, so the entire DOJ was full of Obama’s people. Of COURSE they’d be supportive of Yates.

Almost 400 PAGES of documents of government employees lauding the DOJ’s refusal?
That tells me that there are HUNDREDS of unnecessary employees in that department, alone.
What a waste of our money.
Surely if one cannot fire these people, they could be reassigned to areas with no staff, eliminate their information access and only low-grade make work where they can do no harm, bad personnel reviews eliminating changes of promotion and raises. Keep a very close eye on them and fire them for cause at first opportunity.
I just don’t understand leaving these people in power positions with access to information.
Is it me, or shouldn't these people immediately be shown the door? They don't have that option.
If any of these statements were made on the job, these people should be immediately dismissed.

If Jeff Sessions was still alive, these people would be looking for a new job today.

If they’re Civil Service career types, demote them or transfer them out, perhaps something like running a wx station at the North Pole. If they’re in appointed positions, terminate them.

The rebellion started day one the talking is just being revealed.
If any of these anti-Trump @h*les hasn’t been fired yet, getting rid of them needs to be a number one priority.
Shut down the DOJ and the FBI.

Sessions should have be fired the moment he recused himself.

It’s at least explicit insurrection, but that’s what you get when your legal culture pushes a doctrine of Constitutionality coming from a court decision rather than the original document in question.
Every tyrannical government that ever existed operated under the color of law. WE were supposed to be different.
Trump should ask Sessions and Rosenstein to ask Mueller and team to resign immediately, ask IG to investigate them, and appoint a new investigator that has no partisan history.
Trump should direct Sessions to fire them all, else reassign them to non-politically involved roles. They cannot be allowed to continue when they actively undermine the President and US.
