I know this is not going to be popular here on FR, but this makes it very difficult for Moore to serve in the Senate should he win next Tuesday.

For his sake and his family’s, I hope he does consider stepping down after winning and make a deal with Ivey to get Mo Brooke into the Senate.

I just don’t see how he can be an effective Senator for Alabama. He will be a pariah in the Senate. They will give him no committee assignments, he will likely be kicked out of the Republican caucus and will have to sit as an Independent.

Frankly, I think the Dems have played this perfectly. This just might put Jones over the top. All very sad...

Yep. That's the whole point of the recent Democrats' calls for Franken to resign. They're paving the way to demand the resignation of Moore when he's elected.

I think Moore will be fine. The people who don’t want him there are all uniparty creatures anyways.

It does. He is going to have to go after his attackers in court and prove forgeries which does not look hard to do in the least. Once one is won the rest look like dirty lies.

I am not worried about Moore.

There is NO proof of Moore’s indiscretions that may have happened 40 years ago.

Franken accusers have lots of proof of things that have happened recently. One even submitting a photo of her getting accosted by Franken while she was sleeping.

I predict Moore and Steve Bannon are going to wipe out the RINOs in the Senate, and hopefully guys like you.

That's one way to look at it. Another way is the the libs may lay off trying to win elections through false accusations when they judge they've suffered enough carnage. I have to believe they are getting close.

I've noticed a pattern in all these cases. When the accusations are credible and true, the accused quits, is fired or gets tossed out. I offer Ailes, O'Reilly, Weinstein, Spacey, Lauer, Conyers and soon to be Franken as examples.

On the other hand, holding fast in the face of utterly false accusations, as is the case with Trump and Hannity, has worked. I believe Moore will bear this out as well.

Justice is being served.

Let the Senate try ostracize a duly elected member. It won't go well for them.

You’d be fired in the real world at a real job. These Senators don’t do anything except screw up the country and become swamp creatures. Nothing has been proven with Roy Moore it’s the same crap they pulled on Trump weeks before the election . It’s all fake , the Dems always call our guys rapists or sexists right at the end. It’s the Dems that are sex offenders because they don’t live in the real world, they live in la la land .

The allegations against Moore are looking more and more fraudulent each day. Everyone now knows Gloria Allred had that year book signing forged.

With “funny man” Al Franken they are proven

Every single thing that I’ve seen, I mean every single thing raises questions of facts. He should undergo an ethics investigation and be done with it, but there’s a lot of false witnessing going on against the man.

Roy Moore has done nothing wrong or close to being illegal. There is no reason he should step down, the charges and alleged victims have been proven to be outright frauds. I can’t expect everyone to know this if they are watching the LSM. The judge will win, he will be seated, the ethics committee will collapse in humiliation and this will all be proven to be a horrific fraud.

Yes, he'd be so much more effective if he were a swampocrat and a toady for Mitch McConnell.
