The federal government is asking a judge to put on hold a requirement that it begin allowing transgender people to enlist in the military on Jan. 1.

U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly in October barred President Donald Trump's administration from proceeding with plans to exclude transgender people from military service. Part of her ruling required the government to allow transgender individuals to enlist beginning Jan. 1, 2018.

Liberals have long used the courts to get what they could not get through legislation or the ballot box.

The courts have absolutely no enforcement power on the executive branch. WHY won’t Trump tell that judge he is moving forward with his decision and she can rule all she wants.

Could U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly be impeached for this utter nonsense?

Inclusion of transgender people was recently imposed on the military. Catering to people who have a treatable mental disorder and mutilating their bodies is plain crazy. Remove her from the bench!

I thought they already enlisted in the military...

The latest Air Force Times has an article about an Air Force male having the big operation to make him into a pseudo female on Nov 14...

he couldn’t get it done in a military hospital so he went to a “private” one...

The Pentagon confirmed that the taxpayers paid for everything...

Eff em! As CinC he can issue a memo demanding that all recruiters cease enlistment of these freaks. What are the courts going to do?

Absolutely. It wouldn’t be the first time a court order was ignored. The word needs to go out to all the recruiting stations. Let them try to enforce this.

Judges have absolutely NO PLACE to make the determination who is allowed in the military.
