Yes. There are many brilliant books out there that the average person will never ever attempt to read and understand, which is our problem today: No intellectual stimulation at all for most people now days.

It is too hard to exercise the Mind which is needed for a life well-lived, just as much or more so than the physical body needs exercise to function normally. Excellence takes tremendous amount of work and time. People are drowning in meaningless “information” which is time consuming and removes one from living authentically, who just stare at screens and absorb the proper programming and dopamine for their irrational lives.

It is not uncommon for the common man to take the easy way out, and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't susceptible.

Social media is equivalent to the casino VLT machine. Very hypnotic and very addictive. I don't do Faceborg or gamble but I understand their hold.

In the end, I can only worry about my own improvement.
