That’s all it was; his dentures were slipping or falling down. It’s not like he could stop and adjust or re-glue them while speaking to the world.

It was a long speech, I think towards the end he just needed a drink of water.
The last time he took a drink during a press conference the MEDIA acted like he was drinking the BLOOD of VIRGIN BABIES..

Screwed up one word and sounded like dry mouth or something - could see in his eyes that he analyzed it in a microsecond and opted to finish up instead of repeating.
