If there is one thing that Wray is doing very right, it is emphasizing that the independent Inspector General is investigating and he will act upon that report. He cannot reveal such details before they are independently confirmed by the IG, for fear being accused of steering things in a partisan direction.

That seems about how I see it.
I just don’t buy that. He can say i reviewed the emails, text messages, and actions of (insert name here). They do not work in a manner that I approve of. They are officially fired and I am recommending charges be filed against whoever. He has that authority. What he doesn’t have is the guts.
