If you're going to write for such a prestigious publication such as Newsweak, you should rely less on Spell Checker and more on a real human proofreader.

Did Gingrich really say "due process?" Or is it possible that Ms. Burke correctly transcribed what he said (but that he misspoke)?

In any event: Stupid of Gingrich to "weigh in" on this!
