The American Spectator asks another curious question: Did Peter Strzok receive the Steele Dossier from Hillary Clinton on July 4th when he interviewed her? If Hillary didn’t give Strzok the dossier, who did? - because that would explain why he didn't make any notes during his interview of HRC - Comey had already "cleared" her and the meeting was to discuss getting Trump!

I was just saying that Christopher Steele told Wood, in this article, that the FBI already had the dossier, but he wanted McCain to have a copy.. “a good man”, and he wanted Wood to get it to him, in the USA.

Who got it inside the FBI building is an interesting question. I suspect OHR or Strzok, but certainly from a lawyer. A Fusion lawyer, the lawyer Lisa Page, (and friend to boss Virginia governor/Clinton pal), a GPS lawyer, Ohr’s lawyer wife.
