I witnessed this in the corporate workplace years ago. Men afraid of sexual harassment charges were happy to connect women only with female mentors. For your comfort, for your shared experiences.
Pols might be tempted to replace office hotties with men or old, ugly women. It would be the smart thing to do.
A certain baseball owner was quoted as saying he didn't hire any blacks because it was "impossible to fire them". It may be the same will be true with women.
If you can in any way avoid it never, EVER, employ a woman or a minority. Sure as the sun comes up each morning it will come back to haunt you. Speaking from experience.
I can see that as a huge result of this issue, compliments of “the law of unintended consequences”. If women’s libbers want to play this fragile flower game, they’ll have to deal with having a rough time finding work.
I have always felt there was a correlation between the birth of sexual harassment laws in the 1980s and the rise in strip clubs. In strip clubs, you can compliment a woman for her appearance without fear of reprisal as long as you have a wad of $20 bills. In a sense they were sexual harassment zones as long as you didn't try to take things too far.
Never be alone with a woman. And it’s better if the 3rd person is a woman you trust, like a wife or sister. It’s a decent rule of thumb and nothing new. It’s been wisdom for forever.

Certainly; on top of that, you have to pay them more than intended to keep lawyers and the government at bay.
Absolutely; here in my state of NJ it is easy enough to find someone else who can “check a box” to maintain minority quotas. Hispanic and Asian men, for instance...
