Gee how convenient!
Electronic voting and the record can now be erased.
Thus, the voters of Alabama can't go back to check the votes.

How can any state allow ballots, virtual or physical, to be destroyed before any recount may need to occur?

What has donald Trump done about voter fraud? What has that weak, feeble old man Jeff Sessions done about voter fraud?
This should have been their first priority from day one: Securing all future elections with national consequence.

Well,
If the records are destroyed? Just contest the outcome, and ask for proof and validation. If unable to provide......then they never voted.
Alabama.....Go Figure?

... After hearing arguments and reviewing the filings, it appears that Plaintiffs and similarly situated voters would suffer irreparable and immediate harm if digital ballot images are not preserved, Montgomery County Circuit Judge Roman Ashley Shaul wrote in his order requiring ballot images to be preserved.
However, the state Supreme Court overruled his decision, which Verified Voting says will limit the states ability to do election audits or catch hacking attempts.
If every states election systems provided voter-verified paper ballots and post-election audits, we would be able to detect and correct errors or election tampering. But without the proper procedures in place, Alabama will be unable to do this, Schneider said.
This is
NOT GOOD !

Although Democrats might not cheat in every election, such as in California, where there is no need to cheat, if they see a need to cheat to win, they certainly will. And just because the Republican candidate may be weak, if the Democrats think it will be close, they will cheat. To think otherwise is to be ignorant of the Democrats mindset.
