Taking it too lightly is wrong...but so is killing oneself...especially leaving behind a wife and kids.
I think the democrat response is worse. They do not really care and exhibit no remorse. This guy had remorse. Al Frankin, for example, has exhibited no remorse
He seems to have had underlying problems with mental health.
That being said: At what point are you expected to fight, loose all you worked for for decades, life savings, reputation, family, home, friends over nonsense unprovable claims from people.
