He will not be well enough to cast his vote on the tax bill. He has one last gift to the American people. Trump should be working on Manchin or other Demons that are up for election in 2018.
It is what it is. I have always thought that as long as one of these guys was still kicking, they should be able to vote their wishes from home or the hospital.
It’s one person on their death bed. It isn’t like it would become a fad or something. If you’re terminal and your time is near, you should be able to vote if you’re still an official Senator.
