I didn’t lokenthe Twitter thing initially but, it has proven to be a took enabling him to bypass the media.

I’m really don’t care if he dukes it out with those lying punks.

They are desperate for eyeballs and will do anything for ratings.

Keep tweeting...

If only, but I think he’s come to rely on it too much to drop the tweets cold turkey.
If more news outlets were more fair, or even just more professional in how they cover Mr. Trump, I think he would feel the need to tweet less.
However, that extended moment of reporting truth may never occur during either of his presidencies.

VDH must own no Twitter stock.

Others do.

And they’d tell VDH to STFU.

Because the @RealDonaldTrump account is the only thing that is keeping Twitter alive.

Why deep state pansy Victor Davis Hanson should get lost.

He uses Twitter to distract attention on purpose.

I think TWTR and other big media bypasses are the future, especially for conservatives.

When Hoover energetically campaigned for re-election in 1932, it broke with longstanding tradition that an incumbent President did not campaign.

Traditionalists and fusspots may not have liked it, but it was the future.

Likewise, direct communication via social media is the future. But it can’t just be anodyne announcements and platitudes written by a flunky (eg. Obama).

Conservative Presidents must fight back, and take the fight directly to their enemies. Otherwise they will be a defenceless target to get pounded into a motionless heap by their enemies eg. Nixon, Ford, Bush 1, Bush 2...

With FoxNews on the market and Disney being close to buying it, America needs President Trump on Twitter.

Because personal dueling with journalists, celebrities and politicians is not only becoming superfluous, but it is now distracting Trump's audiences from a growing record of achievement.

I can't imagine saying that VDH misses the point, ever, but here he does. All the distraction is the reason he has accomplished so much. If he tried to do all these things with fanfare and Rose Garden theatricals they would be all tied up in the opposition and all the screaming in the Press would be about these things. The Press is ignoring what he is doing because of the Tweet noise and THEREFORE: these things are getting done. We do not want the MSM paying a lot of attention to Trump's Accomplishments. If MSM were paying attention the accomplishments would be twisted and many would be stymied.

I wonder what Trump could accomplish as a general on the battlefield?

It’s infuriating to me that Trump’s people don’t have a Twitter account or site with running examples of all the fake news and media bias from day one of his Administration. Heck, we can start with the transition. When Trump just calls it #FakeNews, the media & liberals say he’s saying that because he doesn’t like the coverage. This would destroy that argument.

Disagree with the author. Trump’s twitter is the only way to combat fake news about him.
