I pray for anyone suffering from cancer, Not only the patient suffers but the family is having almost more pain than they can handle.

Yap, I am planning to go out with a quick & massive heart attack. Most deaths from cancers are slow & painful. In my honest opinion, cancer is to a large extent a result of lifestyle lived.
Don’t smoke, drink very little alcohol, eat very little red meat, eat lots of veggies & legumes, and exercise until you are 90. My parents and grand parents followed that routine, and no one suffered from cancer and all lived into their 90’s. Mother actually made it to 103. She was a vegetarian, never smoked and only alcohol she consumed was a shot of brandy on religious holidays.
