Wow, I'd be really concerned for our Country ... if I believed a word the NYT said. However, when it comes to the NYT, I don't even trust their conjunctions.
In fact, given that it is the NYT reporting this wide disparity - I'm fairly certain the truth is just the opposite. That it was bammy who lied repeatedly. From what I could tell, any time bammy spoke more than two or three sentences together there was a lie mixed in there somewhere. The lists of bammy's lies are all over the internet. There's even a book on Amazon that claims to have 1366 sourced/provable bammy lies. I think that's probably an abridged version from just his first 4 years...
