What part of the US Constitution does this violate? Amendment 9 The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
. . . and arguably the 2nd Amendment as well. Wouldn’t a shield be “an arm” purely for defense?

Thank you! Our 9th amendment is way too often ignored. It recognizes a multitude of rights that We the People ALREADY HAVE, including our inalienable right to self defense.
This is a crazy law. Wrong. Illegal. Needs gone.
