I am sure the cartoon is funny, but it isn’t readable.
Mad Magazine did something to protect their copyright on Don Martin’s work. Anyway, here’s what it was supposed to portray: Bank robber kidnaps teller’s wife. Drags her to the bank and says “hand over the money. One funny move and I kill your wife.” Teller then starts making as many funny moves as he can (he doesn’t like his wife).
