It is my belief, based on mounting evidence, a specific cast of characters -within the Mueller “Russia Election Interference” probe- were placed there to protect people behind the FBI’s initial false claims. Those claims formed the basis for the counterintelligence operation against 2016 presidential candidate Donald Trump.
According to reports, in August 2017 the Mueller team went around the Trump administration in their quest for documents, by directly demanding documents from the General Services Agency (GSA); the entity that hosted the communication network for the Trump transition team.
According to reports, the content of 12 email accounts was handed over to the Special Counsels’ office; consisting of thousands of pages of transition team communication. Innocuous, ordinary transition stuff, but the method of procurement is jaw-droppingly unethical, possibly illegal.

Clinton Struck Deal With Obama State Dept. to Keep Records Private

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton struck a deal with the State Department while serving in the Obama administration that allowed her to take ownership of records she did not want made public, according to recently released reports.
Clinton and her then-deputy chief of staff Huma Abedin were permitted to remove electronic and physical records under a claim they were “personal” materials and “unclassified, non-record materials.”
Judicial Watch made the revelation after filing a FOIA request with the State Department and obtaining a record of the agreement.
The newly released documents show the deal allowed Clinton and Abedin to remove documents related to particular calls and schedules, and the records would not be “released to the general public under FOIA.” Abedin, for instance, was allowed to remove electronic records and five boxes of physical files, including files labeled “Muslim Engagement Documents.”
The released records included a list of designated materials that “would not be released to the general public under FOIA” and were to be released “to the Secretary with this understanding.”

A physical file of “the log of the Secretary’s gifts with pictures of gifts” was also handed over to Clinton. Gifts received by government employees is highly regulated, and often strictly limited. However, gifts that are “motivated by a family relationship or personal friendship” may be accepted without limitation.
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton released a statement condemning the agreement between the government and Clinton. “We already know the Obama State Department let Hillary Clinton steal and then delete her government emails, which included classified information. But these new records show that was only part of the scandal,” Fitton said. “These new documents show the Obama State Department had a deal with Hillary Clinton to hide her calls logs and schedules, which would be contrary to FOIA and other laws.”
“When are the American people going to get an honest investigation of the Clinton crimes?” he added.

To establish the basis the Russian elements needed for the operation; the DNC and Clinton campaign paid Fusion GPS to contract Christopher Steele to write a dossier that would form the legal grounding for the counterintelligence operation.
Fusion GPS hired DOJ Deputy Attorney Bruce Ohr’s wife, Nellie Ohr, who was well versed in counterintelligence operations, CIA operations, and using tradecraft to create illusions.
Nellie Ohr worked with retired British MI6 Agent Christopher Steele to manufacture the Steele Dossier. The dossier would take innocuous connections between Trump and Russian people, enhance them, fabricate some nefarious appearance, and then be turned over to Bruce Ohr’s counterintelligence buddy in the FBI Peter Strzok.
In essence, the Clinton’s created the Russian “angle” out of thin air; and the FBI and DOJ used that creation as the legal underpinning for the counterintelligence operation.
This is the biggest scandal of the misuse of government power in American history. Agents in the FBI working for the Clinton campaign to spy on her political opponent.
There goes the fantasy the Mueller is secretly in cahoots with Trump to drain the swamp.

We are in the middle of a coup to overthrow our government and no one is at the gates. The FBI & DOJ and most other agencies are completely CORRUPT, beyond redemption.
The Committee already blew off this request. They need to file an action and apply for an injunction to prevent Mueller from using any of these documents, all of which should have to be delivered to the Court. There has to be an honourable judge somewhere in America. They can’t all be Clinton or Obama hacks.
I remember a case where a company was put into bankruptcy and a Receiver was put in place on behalf of the major secured creditor. The Receiver turned over the company’s computers to the secured creditor, who were able to access all of the company documents and emails, including email communications between the company and its lawyers. The secured creditor filed a lawsuit alleging fraud against the company, its directors and its lawyers.
A judge tossed out the entire lawsuit because of the breach of solicitor-client privilege. The entire lawsuit was tainted. All of the documents had to be destroyed, and nobody who had anything to do with the lawsuit (including the secured creditors CEO, General Counsel, external lawyers, were barred from having any involvement with any further legal action, and a strict ban on even communicating with anyone about the illegally obtained documents.
This revelation should be fatal to Mueller’s investigation. Everyone on his team is now tainted. Mueller himself should be disbarred.

Nice backstory.
Mueller knows he’s not supposed to have that info.
This underlines his obsession to “get Trump.”
Trump can say once Mueller resigns and is disbarred: ‘HRC illegally took highly confidential .gov business without permission offline and there’s no illegal ‘intent’ so no indictment; Mueller takes my PTT’s communications illegally but he didn’t intend to mis-use them so no problem. There’s RIGGED, folks.’

I am cautious about anything written at the Washington Free Bacon. IIRC that outfit was funding part of the dossier.
Then, there is the family link to Billy Kristol another questionable character.
I read the Free Bacon, but do not rely on it as a rock-solid source.

That’s the first I’ve heard of that. After the last two weeks I’m finally beginning to get some confidence that some degree of justice might be done. If we can somehow get these felons interviewed honestly and aggressively under oath one of them will do a John Dean. If one flips then we’ll see a stampede. If Priestap flips Barry might have to go home, home to Kenya.
