Give all illegals fair warning. Those who go home voluntarily and apply for legal entry will have the same chance as everyone else in their home countries - better if they have skills that are needed here and used their time wisely to learn English and move toward assimilation. Those who wait to be deported will be permanently barred from legal reentry and will be fines the (very high) cost of enforcement.
