The link between drugs and crime, including violent crime, would be hard to overstate in Chicago. Eighty-six percent of adult males arrested in Chicago last year tested positive for drug use. Chicago, with a population of 2.7 million, had 506 murders in 2012, the highest per capita among the four most populous U.S. cities.
Under Obama’s 8 years in office black deaths in the inner city from heroin overdose was up over 400%.
That is the largest increase in US history.

I have to tell you it makes sense.
In my miss spent youth I had a opportunity to be near someone who was a rattling empty barrel, and sitting not to far away were 2 WWII Bomber Pilots talking quietly every once and a while, and one chimes in about how he buzzed the Rine River on their way back from a bombing raid towards the end of the war. These guys were pretty quite, just like Jeff Sessions.
The quiet ones are always the ones to watch. Sessions has been poo-poo'd relentlessly, and I have had my days with him as well. However, I think in a few months or less, we are gonna be shocked as to what he really has been up too.
