Am smelling 'art of the deal' at work here. I’ll say Trump spent all year setting up this domino to fall. Timing is everything and he no doubt got a lot of other things agreed upon and set in stone well before pulling the trigger. The Arab states are probably boxed in to where they can’t make a racket, cause problems without messing something up for themselves, not to mention losing face and so forth. They have to choose between being an asset - or just being an ass.
